Responsibilities
Oversee internal software applications development
Track progress against milestones, manage risks and mitigation plans, and drive structured communication across stakeholders
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the tools engineering team while guiding product vision and prioritizing features for development
Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and partner teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives while navigating complex stakeholder dynamics
Proactively identify timeline risks and present well-formed mitigation paths
Align diverse perspectives and confidently communicate status and trade-offs to executive leadership
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of Engineering Project Management expertise of customer facing applications and technologies
Proven ability to manage web-based application projects through the full lifecycle, with strong planning capabilities, organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration and process optimization
Tactical experience implementing projects using Agile methodologies across distributed teams
Able to quickly grasp complex ideas and resolve conflicts across cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, etc.), fostering collaboration and maintaining project momentum
Preferred
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent work experience
PMI and/or Agile Project Management certifications is a plus
Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication, alignment on goals, and regular progress updates to drive successful collaboration
Focus on software development metrics collection and analysis to drive data-informed decision-making and improve project outcomes
