Responsibilities

Lead deployment and expansion at our most critical customers
Train users on our existing platform
Define granular project requirements
Track ongoing deliveries and present project findings to executives
Identify opportunities for expansion and align work against those
Scope and develop product features in collaboration with engineering and product teams

Required

4+ years of professional experience
Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and excitement to work in an extremely high-autonomy role in an early stage environment
Excellent communicator across a wide breadth of stakeholders. You are comfortable giving a training to a large group of users one-minute and preparing a presentation for a room full of executives the next
Experience in a highly technical environment, such as software development, robotics, engineering or finance. You don't need to be able to code, but you are comfortable with data and quickly coming up to speed on new technical concepts

Preferred

Prior experience at a SaaS software company
Prior experience working with utilities, energy sector or other sectors with large field work component
