Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Providing superior customer service by managing all aspects of the customer perception utilizing customer relationship techniques and communication skills
Coordinating with Applications Engineering, Project Management, Logistics and Exports to establish acceptable dates for quotes, express, FAST, and pre-com orders
Reviewing and researching customer inquiries and issues and following up, with every customer request within 24-48 hours
Facilitating customer expediters and inspectors when required and follows through to acquire shipment and inspection releases
Qualification
Required
Associates degree or four years of experience in Customer Service with direct customer contact responsibilities
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
Strong critical thinking skills as well as effective problem-solving skills
Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Preferred
Two (2) years of experience with Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and manufacturing business systems including Oracle
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing knowledge and tools
