Responsibilities

Apply understanding of adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber network operational capabilities to develop exploitation plans and make operational adjustments as plans are executed
Collaborate to identify access and collection gaps that can be satisfied through cyber collection and/or preparation activities
Leverage all authorized resources and analytic techniques to penetrate targeted networks
Assess data for new or continued opportunities
Communicate complex information concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner
Create comprehensive strategies to develop and maintain accesses, conduct remote exploitation and provide technical assistance
Analyze intelligence information, technical data, and exploitation opportunities
Evaluate, analyze, and synthesize large quantities of data into high quality, fused targeting/intelligence products

Required

7 years' experience with an associate's degree OR 5 years' experience with a bachelor's degree OR 3 years' experience with a master's degree OR 1 year experience with a PhD
Experience in computer or information systems design/development/analysis roles. Experience may also include engineering hardware and/or software, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, and/or network and systems administration
Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (e.g., General Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, or Computer Security). Note that 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an associate's degree
Completion of military trainings such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course) may be considered towards the relevant experience requirement (i.e., 24-week JCAC course may count as 6 months of experience) or may be considered equivalent to a technical associates degree
Foreign language proficiency and Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) scores may be considered as relevant experience
Active TS SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required

Preferred

Cyber Security related Industry Certifications are a plus: GCIA, PenTest+, Cloud+, GCFE, GPEN, GXPN, CCDE, CCIE, OSCP, OSWP, OSEP, RHCA, etc
