Responsibilities
Test, review, and polish everything. Ensure the highest quality for our products
Create and maintain automated tests. Use tools like Playwright to build robust UI tests for high-traffic web applications
Advise and collaborate. Work with product development teams to improve their testing strategies and promote a proactive quality mindset
Drive continuous improvement. Manage and improve test runners and CI tools related to automated tests
Triage and fix issues. Get hands-on with bug fixes, prioritizing the highest-impact issues
Qualification
Required
A pragmatic problem-solver who communicates clearly
Experience with UI functional testing tools, particularly Playwright
Comfortable with CLI/shell scripting, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
Familiar with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or TeamCity
Excited about the potential of AI-powered tools to improve testing and triage
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Preferred
Experience with component testing frameworks like Storybook or Chromatic
Familiarity with a variety of testing types: APIs, security, performance, accessibility, fuzzing/chaos, or mobile apps
Experience with WordPress, PHP, and MySQL
Applied AI/ML for bug triage or test automation
