Summer 2026 Business Internship- Customer Service Associate
BLUSOURCE is seeking a Customer Service Intern to join their team during the Summer of 2026. The intern will work alongside the Customer Service department to support customer inquiries and improve service efficiency while gaining hands-on experience in customer service operations and CRM systems.

Responsibilities
Answering basic customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Logging customer feedback and issues into the CRM system
Updating and maintaining customer records in CRM systems
Organizing and maintaining digital files (training materials, feedback logs, templates)
Assisting in the preparation of weekly reports on service trends and customer needs
Performing Quality Assurance calls with customers and documenting their experiences
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
CRM or customer service experience a plus
Able to pick up on customer needs and spot trends in feedback
Can manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records
Responds quickly and calmly when priorities shift
Ensures accuracy in data entry and documentation
Stays positive and engaged in a fast-paced environment
Communicates with empathy and genuinely cares about the customer experience
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
CRM or customer service experience a plus
