Responsibilities
Drive launch planning: Create detailed launch plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, ensure organizational alignment, and proactively address overall launch needs and concerns
Lead launch execution: Oversee readiness reviews, execute day to day project management activities, manage stakeholder communication, identify and manage risks & opportunities, track progress and reporting KPIs, conduct Day 0 planning and execution
Foster strong client relationships: Partner with brand managers, functional leads, and key stakeholders to elevate MHC as a trusted partner
Drive growth of firm: Actively engage in a variety of business development efforts, help build opportunity pipeline, create proposals, serve as an ambassador for the MHC brand, and participate in industry associations and networking events
Elevate MHC internal launch capabilities: Support launch practice maturity by contributing to service offering development, go-to-market strategy, and developing new tools and processes
Embrace and live MHC cultural values: “ACES” (Accountable, Collaborative, Entrepreneurial, and keeping it Simple)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in life sciences (pharma, biotech) leading product launches across multiple therapeutic areas in the US and Global
3+ years consulting experience required
Superior proficiency in PowerPoint
Strong skillset in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and/or other project management tools
Preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
Located in the PA/NJ/DE Area preferred
