The New Jewish Home is looking to hire the next generation of healthcare workers through their SkillSpring program. This program offers a unique opportunity to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) with guaranteed employment upon completion.

Health Care

Responsibilities

Participate in the Young Adult Certified Nursing Assistance (C.N.A.) Program

Provide compassionate care to those in need

Work for a period of one (1) year upon graduation

Qualification

Required

You must be between the ages of 18 to 27 to participate

Referral will be made for youth 16-17 who do not qualify for the program

Upon graduation, you will be required to work for a period of one (1) year, before leaving employment

Employment

An hourly increase to $21 per hour

The ability to become a member of the 1199 Union after a certain period of time.
