Responsibilities

Lead and manage structural engineering assignments for buildings and facilities

Supervise the design and preparation of structural plans and specifications

Perform design load calculations and oversee construction documentation

Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines

Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff

Conduct inspections and evaluations of existing structures

Prepare client communications, technical reports, and proposal scopes

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license required

10+ years of structural engineering experience in a consulting environment

Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

Preferred

Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
