Responsibilities

Assisting in the scrub and circulating roles during the procedure
Preparing and maintaining a variety of specialized equipment
Providing excellent patient care before, during, and after the procedure
Collaborating and communicating effectively with the care team
Adhering to all regulatory requirements, safety protocols, infection control practices, and patient confidentiality
Proficient in pediatric, adult, and congenital specialty procedures within their assigned lab
Working within the Cath Lab, which may include structural procedures and hemodynamics such as coronary spasm studies, TAVR, and peripheral procedures
Working within Heart Rhythm Services Lab, including left bundle branch pacing, OR device extractions, and hybrid ablations
Being flexible to adapt to changing priorities, procedures, and technologies
Demonstrating the ability to think critically, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure
Being required to work varied hours, shift lengths and respond to an on-call pager which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays and weekends

Required

Willingness to work varied hours, shift lengths, and respond to an on-call pager including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends
