Responsibilities
Oversee accounting operations, including close processes and balance sheet account management
Supervise and mentor a team: Senior Accountant, NetSuite Admin, and Junior Staff Accountant (Philippines-based)
Collaborate with the Controller to implement new processes, document SOPs, and drive workflow improvements
Support the transition and retraining of the returning Accounting Manager post-leave
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on management and process improvement experience
Proficiency in NetSuite; experience with inventory/COGS accounting preferred
Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours; hybrid/remote with occasional travel to New York office preferred
