Radiology Tech I or II (Interventional Radiology) Part Time <= 19.99 hours
UTMB Health is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist II who will perform a variety of routine to complex interventional procedures. This role requires independent judgment and clinical skills while providing direct assistance to physicians and mentoring junior technologists.

Responsibilities
Completes a variety of routine to complex body and neuro interventional procedures
Serves as a mentor to the Interventional Technologist I and students
Works independently by exercising sound judgment and executing above average clinical skills on challenging Interventional procedures and patient care situations
Provides direct assistance to physicians with all Interventional procedures
Delivers exceptional patient care and adheres to Interventional Radiology exam standards and guidelines established by governing agencies to ensure optimal patient safety and customer service
Qualification
Required
Associates of Applied Science
Graduate of an accredited radiology program
3+ years of experience
American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT-R)
American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT-VI) or American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT-CV)
Texas Medical Board certification (MRT)
American Heart Association (BLS)
America Heart Association ACLS and PALS obtained within 6 months of hire
