Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and coordinate implementation of initiatives related to radiological control methods

Evaluate the design, planning, and implementation of the internal dosimetry program to ensure compliance with DOE Orders, rules, regulations, standards, and guides

Perform calculation/assessment/communication of internal dose from radioisotopes encountered on site

Other duties as assigned

Required

BA/BS Degree plus 0 - 4 years of direct experience required, or MS with 0 - 3 years' experience

Individuals that do not have a BA or BS degree will be considered on a two (2) to one (1) basis; two (2) years' experience will equal one (1) year of education or possessing relevant task-specific years' experience deemed acceptable by the Client

Successful drug screening

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge

Preferred

BA/BS Degree in a technical discipline, plus 18 years plus of direct experience required, or an MS with 15 years' experience
