Responsibilities

Provide direct support to operations line management, production management, and project management in support of assigned startup or restart activities and safety basis implementation activities

Duties include performing Applicability Determinations and Readiness Review Level Determinations for assigned activities

Develop Readiness Plans, Plans of Action, Startup Plans, Assessment Plans, internal and external readiness to precede letters, and letters requesting authorization to startup/restart operations

Serve as a technical advisor to the Project Manager, helping to ensure operational readiness is fully attained prior to the declaration of readiness and minimizing project vulnerabilities. This includes developing closure criteria for scheduled activities, including definition of requirements and required evidence of completion

Serve on readiness evaluation (RA/ORR) or Implementation Validation Reviews (IVR) teams as a Team Leader or Team Member and may serve as the Readiness Assistance Team (RAT) Leader

Required

BA/BS Degree plus 0 - 4 years of direct experience required, or MS with 0 - 3 years' experience

Individuals that do not have a BA or BS degree will be considered on a two (2) to one (1) basis; two (2) years' experience will equal one (1) year of education or possessing relevant task-specific years' experience deemed acceptable by the Client

Successful drug screening

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge

Preferred

BA/BS Degree in a technical discipline, plus 18 years plus of direct experience required, or an MS with 15 years' experience
