Director of Solutions
VuMedi is the largest video education platform for doctors worldwide, dedicated to advancing medical education through innovative video-based learning. They are seeking a Director of Commercial Solutions/Strategy to build credibility with Pharmaceutical Marketing and Agency partners by developing tailored strategies and solutions, acting as a strategic consultant to uncover complex peer-to-peer education needs.

Responsibilities
Engage with Pharmaceutical Marketers and their Agency partners to identify and understand their complex HCP marketing needs and then translate them into digital peer-to-peer education solutions on Vumedi
Support the Sales Executives and drive towards positive sales outcomes by using your expertise and influence to educate customers on the value of the Vumedi platform and guide them towards a successful program on Vumedi
Create and communicate solutions and strategies, that are both written and verbal, to audiences at the highest level within our customers' organizations
Understand the detail behind the Vumedi platform and present our custom solutions in a manner that elevates us as trusted advisors
Establish credibility with Executive-level customers, so they rely on Vumedi for strategic solutions and valuable insights
Be a key partner in the sales strategy for each prospective customer and provide valuable perspective that helps us win
Understand digital marketing trends, and bring innovative ideas and solutions to both Vumedi and customers alike
Contribute to an ongoing knowledge base to help internal stakeholders understand how our product is perceived and positioned in the market
Help our customers understand the need and benefit of long form education as a 'must have' marketing strategy at all levels within their organizations
Identify and contribute to the creation of best practices, white papers, conferences, etc
Lead and participate in the delivery of workshops, best practice overviews, and educational sessions to existing customers
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
5+ years of experience working with HCP peer to peer marketing solutions
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and execution across various channels
Strong working knowledge of Pharmaceutical marketing digital strategy
Executive level communication and presentation skills
Enthusiasm for growth and a high-velocity sales environment
Creative thinker with high attention to detail who can bring Vumedi solutions to life for our customers
Strong problem-solving ability
Analytical mindset with former experience working with target lists and pricing models
Highly collaborative with an emphasis on building strong relationships across departments
Intrinsically curious and passionate about uncovering customer needs and developing custom solutions
20% travel expected to meet with customers throughout the US
