Responsibilities

Participate in Daily Approval and Daily Scheduling Meetings

Actively review Company Maintenance Backlog to ensure timely completion of all work

Participates in work prioritization to ensure it aligns with Company goals

Participates in operational reliability improvement teams (PLAS, RCA)

Plans all activities through the Company’s SAP System

Provides daily updates to the Managers, as needed

Provides technical support and problem-solving techniques to Operations and Maintenance on a continual basis

Provides technical support to Maintenance Planners

Responsible for implementation of changes ensuring the Company requirements are met

Complete annual OSHA required safety training

Must be member of A/ERT and attend trainings, and respond to emergency situations

Follow all safety guidelines and policy and procedure

Communicate verbally and in writing, and create presentations

Work with vendors, customers, and employees

On call 24/7 to support operations/maintenance to include off shift hours

Required

High School Diploma and 6 years related experience OR Associate's degree and 5 years' experience OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years related experience OR Master's degree

Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures, and problem solving techniques

Experience working with Microsoft Office Software such as Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred

Bachelor's degree plus 5 years related experience OR Master's degree plus 1 year related experience

1 year of SAP experience
