Responsibilities

Design and deploy automated processes to standardize workflows and increase efficiency using ServiceNow, UiPath Studio/Orchestrator, and Python

Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate functionality prior to production release

Build, test, debug, and refine solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and user satisfaction

Partner with administrative, HR, legal/legislative, and security teams to identify opportunities for automating repetitive, time-consuming tasks

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and sustainable automation designs

Collaborate with mission architects to evaluate and integrate emerging automation and RPA tools

Conduct end-user testing to confirm solutions meet operational and mission needs

Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process design documents, test scripts, and user guides

Monitor deployed solutions, applying iterative enhancements for adaptability and best practices

Provide training and reach-back support to ensure smooth adoption and long-term usability
