HII’s Mission Technologies division is seeking a skilled Cryptologic Chinese Language Analyst to support intelligence operations by interpreting and analyzing foreign language communications. The role involves scanning, sorting, and categorizing foreign language materials, as well as completing translations and drafting intelligence reports.

Responsibilities

Expertise in scanning, sorting, and categorizing foreign language written and verbal materials to extract essential information

Proficiency in completing translations, transcriptions, and lists of complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken materials from the required language to English, and vice versa

Ability to perform quality control on language processing activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of information

Experience in compiling and updating operational work aids and databases to support ongoing language processing activities

Strong skills in drafting intelligence reports to communicate findings and insights to relevant stakeholders

Required

2 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 0 years of experience with Master's in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience

Performance at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level 3 in audio translation and text translation from Chinese/Mandarin into idiomatic, standard American English; skill level shall be documented within 2 years prior to resume submission

Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
