Responsibilities

Partner with creators to adopt best practices, unlock opportunities, and increase revenue on ShopMy
Monitor creator data and surface tailored recommendations that drive measurable growth
Resolve inquiries quickly, troubleshoot issues, and ensure creators feel supported at every step
Work with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences and scalable support models

Qualification

Customer successAccount managementRelationship buildingSalesforce proficiencyDigital marketing toolsProblem-solvingCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree
2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partnerships, or creator economy roles
Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-profile talent
Excellent communication and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Preferred

Familiarity with creator platforms, affiliate programs, digital marketing tools, and fashion trends
Proficiency in Salesforce
