Corpay is currently looking to hire an Inside Sales Manager within their North American Local Trucking Division. In this role, you will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives, implementing sales strategies and focusing on demand generation and operational excellence.

Managing and motivating a team of ISRs to achieve sales quotas

Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top sales talent

Providing ongoing coaching and development to improve performance

Implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth

Identifying and targeting high-potential leads

Utilizing data and analytics to optimize sales efforts

Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success

Required

Minimum 2+ years of sales management experience or 4+ years being a top performer in an outbound sales role
