FY 26-03 Data Analyst III

Responsibilities

Update and maintain space utilization database and TFC owned/managed inventory listing
Prepare and submit quarterly performance measure reports
Administer annual space utilization survey of state agencies
Assist in collection, organization, and analysis of program data for biennial master facilities plan report
Update TFC’s land and facility holdings to the General Land Office using State Real Property Inventory (SRPI) On-line Reporting System
Monitor parking & non-state agency contracts for CPI increases and renewal dates

Required

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university preferred
Experience in planning and research work, clerical, and administrative work. Experience and education may be substituted for one another year for year
Must possess the ability to attest to and maintain the security or integrity of the state's critical infrastructure requirement to be considered for hire and to maintain employment
Knowledge of office practices and administrative procedures utilized in state government
Knowledge of agency rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Knowledge of statistics and analyzing data sets; of running queries, reports writing, and presenting findings; of data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques; and of record-keeping, including security procedures for handling, protecting, and distributing confidential data
Skill in the use of personal computers and applicable programs, applications, and systems
Ability to interpret agency rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Ability to provide efficient customer service
Ability to establish goals and objectives; to develop, implement, and evaluate solutions to administrative problems, to develop and evaluate program area policies and procedures
Ability to prepare detailed reports on program area activities
Ability to gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts and data
Ability to establish work timelines and prioritize workloads
Ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing)
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred

Four (4) years' experience in utilizing word processing, spreadsheet and database software applications
Four (4) years' experience in administrating Access database and with Excel
Demonstratable experience with Excel
