Quality Inspector - 2nd Shift (Aerospace)
Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp., U.S.A. is seeking a Quality Inspector for their 2nd shift operations. The role involves inspecting materials and products for conformance to specifications, recording inspection results, and maintaining quality standards in production.

Responsibilities
Follow all company Policies and Procedures, Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS & EMS), Kawasaki Production System (KPS) and any other legal and compliance regulations that may apply such as OSHA
Inspect materials, products and/or production operations for conformance to specifications by dimensional, visual and physical testing means
Compare inspection results with written specifications such as engineering drawings, technical specifications, inspection lists, standards and visual aids
Record and report inspection results
May assist or lead investigations to determine root causes for process and/or product abnormalities
May quarantine, sort and/or rework product to support Production and maintain quality product
May package quarantined, sorted and/or reworked product and complete documentation to distribute
May replace and/or calibrate measuring equipment and maintain proper equipment documentation
Communicate inspection data results to appropriate personnel and request adjustments when necessary
Performs job duties in a safe and appropriate manner as well as follows all work and safety rules including any specialized safety and health training
Responsible for cleanliness of work area
Qualification
Required

Experience in quality control inspection, or an equivalent experience of fabrication and assembly
