We handle matters in diverse areas of litigation including medical and professional malpractice, human services, and general liability. Delaware license required; PA or NJ license a plus
At least five years healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, or general liability experience
Self-starter with track record of taking initiative and embracing challenges
Demonstration of critical, analytical, and creative thinking
Effective in supervising or overseeing the work of others
Proven leadership, training, feedback, and mentoring skills
Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Potential to bring or develop business a plus
