Responsibilities

Needs to be someone with strong litigation skills and some federal court experience

The cases are extremely complex. Intellectual Property litigation experience a plus

Attorney can be in a second level position on files and draft motions, attend hearings, take depositions, draft pleadings and in the process bill 150+ hours a month

Need someone who can brief complex legal issues

Appellate experience would be a plus for this candidate since some cases will go up

Attorney needs to be able to write well

Attorney must be an organized person who can get these cases ready to go despite a massive amount of documentation, and many complex legal issues
