Shareholder Services Representative

They are seeking a Shareholder Services Representative I to join the Retail Customer Service team, where the role involves assisting Retail Direct shareholders with inquiries, processing financial transactions, and providing technical assistance for online accounts.

Responsibilities
Working within the Retail Services department, the Shareholder Services Representative will answer inbound calls in support of Retail Direct shareholders
Assist with processing financial transactions, provide account information, and respond to client inquiries daily of varying complexity
Provide advanced technical assistance for shareholders’ online accounts
On a case-by-case basis, review shareholder accounts for any errors, general issues, and escalating matters through appropriate channels, when issues cannot be resolved at the initial point of contact
Responsible for tracking the progress of the matters that you escalate to ensure proper follow up and closure of these issues
Provide guidance to junior members of the staff. This position does not have direct reports
Qualification
Required
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in financial services preferred
