Responsibilities

Aggressively pursue and secure new strategic accounts within the payer/health plan space, driving overall account strategy, execution, and revenue growth
Consistently meet or exceed quota targets by identifying new opportunities, expanding business, and driving innovative sales motions
Proven ability to navigate and close long, intricate sales cycles, effectively managing multiple stakeholders and complex decision-making processes to drive significant revenue growth
Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations, including C-suite and VP-level leaders
Lead detailed opportunity planning, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to identify and capture new business opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Act as a strategic advisor to the customer, aligning our solutions with their priorities, industry trends, and long-term transformation goals
Drive large, complex deal cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to bring the full power of our platform to your accounts
Provide structured feedback to internal teams and leadership to help shape our offerings in alignment with customer needs and market shifts
Maintain accurate pipeline management and Salesforce data hygiene to support forecasting and internal visibility
Stay informed about regulations, policies, and initiatives related to healthcare and how these may affect the needs of our customers

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Possess 7-10 years of healthcare industry enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record in UM Prior Authorization
Consistent track record of quota attainment and success in a quota-carrying role
Demonstrated success in aggressively pursuing and acquiring new large enterprise accounts in the payer market, driving revenue growth in complex sales environments
Are a strategic thinker with a bias for action and the ability to understand an account's market landscape
Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling
Experience selling healthcare technology and a deep understanding of healthcare EDI transactions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including delivering executive-level presentations
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and leading through change

Awarded Top Salesperson or Presidents Club Attendee
Proven track record of successfully selling and maintaining business in the payer space, with a strong focus on UM/Prior Authorizations
