Responsibilities
Account Management: Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery
Financial Analysis: Support financial planning, revenue tracking, and account budgeting
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing insights
Technical Liaison: Work closely with the technical team to convey client requirements and ensure product alignment
Market Research & Reporting: Analyze trends, competitor strategies, and provide insights for business growth
Documentation & Communication: Maintain account reports, client presentations, and business performance updates
Qualification
Required
MBA (Finance/Marketing) from a reputed B-School with strong analytical skills OR Engineering Graduate (CS/IT preferred) with excellent communication and business acumen
Strong financial understanding with an analytical mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders
Preferred
Basic understanding of AI/Tech products (preferred, but not mandatory)
