Responsibilities

Technical writing of client related deliverables (scopes of work, reports, specifications, white papers, etc.) to include spelling, grammar, acronyms, continuity, standards, formatting, and branding
Facilitate communication and coordination among technical leads, internal staff, and external stakeholders
Monitor project financials and support training efforts to enhance project controls and financial oversight
Developing project schedules using MS Project
Developing PowerPoint presentations
Developing and/or coordinating graphics for reports and presentations
Developing spreadsheets and financial tracking documents using Excel
Support PMs with admin task for project completion. Developing, combining, and tracking of project meeting minutes, action logs, and similar documentation
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and perform additional duties as needed

Required

Strong proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel & MS PowerPoint is required
Proven communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to self-manage throughout the project and work as part of a team. Maintain a high degree of customer service
Take ownership of personnel problems and be proactive in finding resolutions
Brainstorm and execute helpful procedures to increase productivity and reduce roadblocks
