They are seeking a Paralegal to support a wide range of legal matters including contracts, litigation, and compliance while working closely with attorneys and other team members.

Responsibilities
Contracts: Assist with reviewing, and editing agreements, and help track deadlines and obligations
Litigation: Support attorneys with case preparation, discovery, research, and document management
Compliance: Help maintain compliance programs, support policy updates, and monitor regulatory changes
General Support: Manage legal files, databases, and calendars, and serve as a resource to the broader legal team
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies (required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal or contract management software a bonus
Preferred
Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree a plus
1–2 years of experience in a legal setting preferred (internship experience counts!)
