Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
Draft legal documents and correspondence under the supervision of an attorney
Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date
Attend client meetings and take detailed notes for attorney reference
Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals
Assist in transactions, including M&A and commercial real estate matters
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Paralegal or similar role
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
Excellent research and writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
