They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, organize, and administer projects, ensuring successful completion within budget and on time, while also mentoring Project Managers and assisting with client relationship management.

Responsibilities
Planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and administering projects to ensure successful completion within budget, on time, and in accordance with company quality standards
Assist the Program Manager with financial reporting, sales, and client relationship management
Mentor and advise Project Managers to develop their skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related field from an Accredited College or University
10+ years of related experience in project management; or 10 years of relevant post-secondary education and experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members
Ability to work closely with clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
Experience with financial reporting, setting revenue and profit goals, and coordinating budgets
Experience utilizing scheduling tools
Knowledge of how to develop and implement client expectations for design completeness and quality
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/Microstation, MS Project, and other software programs relevant to the industry
Strong communication skills with the ability to present proposals, reports, and presentations effectively
Experience in business development, including client relationship building and identifying new opportunities for growth
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel to job sites, meetings, and other off-site events as required roughly 25% of the time
Preferred
PE License or PMP is preferred
