Responsibilities

Assist Keysight employees in transitioning to evolving productivity platforms by delivering hands-on training and troubleshooting a range of devices, including iPhones and laptops
Guide users to leverage internal resources such as Microsoft Office 365 Cloud, Success Factors, Comaround (Knowledge Management), and Concur
Resolve technical issues that may arise
Gain insight into access and authentication procedures, endpoint devices, and networking
Interact directly with Keysight personnel at our IT Hub
Operate as a walk-up solution center for internal clients
Work with ITSM software, including ServiceNow
Participate in diverse projects within the organization

Required

Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving
Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues
Ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments
Customer Service mentality
Good communication and listening skills
Currently enrolled in a college program, preferably in Technology. May consider business majors with a concentration in Information Systems

Preferred

Understanding of different hardware and software platforms from iOS to Android, Windows, and Mac OS
Knowledgeable about the Microsoft environment on both Mobile and PC platforms
Excellent people skills, able to articulate your knowledge and experience to users for best practices, tips, tricks, and insights
Audio visual experience (Bluetooth, audio settings in the operating system, headsets, soft phone services, etc.)
Experience with collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft and Mac command line interfaces
General understanding of Microsoft ActiveSync and Active Directory Architecture
