Responsibilities

You will lead and manage a team of inside and outside sales professionals focused on coaching, mentoring, and overall performance to support their success in role
You will work closely with business leadership to create objectives and metrics for your team, establishing touch points as needed to achieve these goals
Further, you will coordinate with Operations and Engineering business leaders to ensure plans are in alignment to meet business targets monthly
Additionally, you will have a track record of presenting to executive leadership teams to provide market updates and suggest recommendations to support a growth strategy
You will have the responsibility of managing strategic key accounts within this management role
Also, you will be comfortable compiling and providing forecast updates, sales plans, price actions and growth reviews
You will display a strong sense of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage the team and territory while communicating results for key sales metrics such as revenue growth, customer activity, and opportunity pipeline management and pricing

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field of study is required
strong decision-making skills and business acumen with the ability to sell at the executive level
self-directed and can organize and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives
Proven experience working in cross functional teams across manufacturing, engineering and commercial
required to travel at least 25%

Preferred

minimum 2 years of direct experience working in the Thermal Spray Metal Powders market
Experience managing a team and driving results through a team environment
experience in aerospace and manufacturing
