Responsibilities
CRM Leadership & Optimization: Lead the development, customization, and optimization of our CRM system to manage investor relationships and track fundraising efforts
Strategic Lead Generation: Identify and research new fundraising leads and opportunities, integrating these into the CRM for efficient tracking
Investor Outreach: Develop and execute strategies for building relationships with potential investors and partners
Growth Marketing: Leverage marketing expertise to enhance investor engagement and outreach strategies
Performance Analytics: Build and maintain data-driven reports and dashboards within the CRM to track performance metrics related to fundraising and investor engagement
Investor Engagement: Develop and execute CRM-driven strategies for building relationships with potential investors and partners
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in user growth, customer acquisition or lead generation with hands-on CRM experience
2+ years experience at a MBB (or top management / strategy) consulting firm, bulge bracket / elite boutique investment bank, or top growth / VC fund
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Highly proficient in Excel (advanced functions: v-lookups, macros, etc...)
Comfortable and highly proficient with Database Administration (DBA)
