Enterprise Account Executive
Mspark is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join their enterprise sales team. This role involves identifying and closing high-value business opportunities with enterprise-level clients while managing and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate will leverage their sales skills and professional network to drive new business growth and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Drives new enterprise-level business through strategic outbound efforts, while also managing and expanding existing accounts
Lead the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
Leverages a strong professional network and exceptional networking skills to generate leads, build relationships, and secure new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key internal/external decision-makers and stakeholders
Partners with cross-functional teams—including Customer Experience, Creative Services, and Marketing—to identify opportunities for delivering exceptional client experiences
Develop comprehensive sourcing and sales strategies to consistently achieve performance goals, quotas, and drive new business growth to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and other KPIs
Understand client business goals and challenges to propose tailored solutions to meet their needs
Prepares and conducts presentations for leaders at all levels, providing insightful client-focused information and data demonstrating how our products and services benefit their company goals
Utilizes data-driven insights to guide prospective clients in achieving their strategic business objectives and maximizing value
Updates and maintains real time information in CRM to manage day-to-day activities that drive successful outcomes

Qualification
Required
Proven individual contributor with strong business acumen and a customer-centric mindset, skilled in analyzing complex data to generate insights that support strategic decision-making
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen with a consultative sales approach
Competitive, resilient, and intellectually curious, with established success of finding creative and innovative ways to problem solve client objections, conduct market research, provide insight and recommendations into sales strategy, etc
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team
Bachelor's degree and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in digital, print, media, marketing, or advertising
Technologically savvy with professional experience in consistently utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools
