Responsibilities
Confirm the customer's ServiceNow instance is active
Load data defined during the Plan Phase into the customer's instance (e.g., user data, locations, departments, groups)
Configure Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) connectivity and mapping to populate Users and Groups
Configure Single Sign-On (SSO)/LDAP connectivity and authentication
Set up a single MID server to enable communication between the customer's network and the ServiceNow instance
Configure the customer's instance with:
Customer logo and color scheme
ServiceNow-provided email address for inbound and outbound emails
Qualification
Required
Strong ability to work effectively with all levels of customer and IT provider organizations
Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability
Current ServiceNow certifications (all required):
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
Certified Implementation Specialist – Governance, Risk, and Compliance (CIS-GRC)
U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance required
