Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members
Qualification
Required
Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics
Ability to provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
Ability to oversee training and evaluation of team members
Strong sense of fulfillment and energy
Ability to work in a fun, high-energy environment
Willingness to teach classes based on a proven curriculum and teaching method
