InternSunrise Plastic Enterprise is offering an internship that provides practical experience in international logistics, export documentation, and compliance. Interns will engage with real shipments and collaborate closely with trade professionals while gaining knowledge of INCOTERMS® 2020.

Responsibilities
Support daily export shipment processes
Ensure document compliance and accuracy
Organize and maintain digital and physical shipping records
Track export clearance and filing statuses
Participate in compliance team audits and training sessions
Qualification
Required
Practical experience in international logistics, export documentation, and compliance
Knowledge of INCOTERMS® 2020
Ability to prepare export documents, including invoices, BOLs, COOs, and AES filings
Understanding of U.S. export controls such as EAR and ITAR
Utilization of ERP or shipment tracking systems
Effective communication with brokers, forwarders, and clients
Support daily export shipment processes
Ensure document compliance and accuracy
Organize and maintain digital and physical shipping records
Track export clearance and filing statuses
Participate in compliance team audits and training sessions
Preferred
Currently enrolled or recently graduated in International Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Coursework or certification in INCOTERMS/export compliance is a plus
