AML Resident Project Representative
The Thrasher Group, Inc. is a full-service architecture, engineering, and field services consulting firm. They are seeking a Resident Project Representative to oversee Abandoned Mine Lands Reclamation projects, ensuring quality standards, compliance, and effective communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Monitor construction progress, adherence to plans, and compliance with specifications
Keep detailed records of project quantities, daily reports, and changes
Maintain accurate redline or as-built drawings to document project modifications
Monitor work to prevent construction defects
Ensure that the project meets quality standards and specifications
Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including WVDEP, engineers, and contractors
Travel as needed to project sites. Travel may also involve extended stays away from your home location during the week
Perform this role on projects in other markets between AML projects
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
Possess the ability to walk over rugged terrain and/or stand for extended periods of time
Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
A valid driver license
Preferred
OSHA 10, CPR, and first aid certifications are highly desirable
Experience with AML projects and/or mine reclamation work is highly desirable
Knowledge of construction means and methods relating to mass earth work and storm water
