Responsibilities
Assist with daily workflows, vendor coordination, and KPI tracking
Shadow Community Relations Directors, support CRM data entry, and help coordinate events
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Observe assessments and care planning; support compliance documentation
Research industry trends, contribute to market analysis, and propose improvement strategies
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a degree program (Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, Business, Marketing, HR, or related field)
Strong communicators with a passion for servant leadership and aging services
Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
Eager to grow through real-world experience and reflective learning
Completion of background checks and onboarding training
Ability to travel to designated community site(s)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, or similar tools
