Service Account Manager

Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell preventative maintenance plans and replacement parts to existing and prospective customers for the assigned
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and other business affiliates, regularly visit existing and potential customers, and become familiar with their
Independently prepare and present service proposals, extended maintenance, and annual service agreements
Exercise discretion and independent judgment in negotiating pricing terms with customers
Review and maintain documentation of sales leads, customer contacts, purchase orders, work orders, contracts, and other necessary information in company systems
Evaluate competitor activities and products in the assigned territory, follow up with all bids in a timely manner, track lost bids, and perform an analysis
Coordinate sales efforts and work collaboratively with Service Project Coordinators, Technicians, Customer Service Reps, and other internal team
Conduct daily check-ins with Service Technicians, coordinate schedules for repair work, monitor performance, and ensure work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
Lead the resolution of customer issues and complaints within the assigned territory to maximize customer
Maintain technical knowledge of products and services offered and attend internal and external training as

Required

Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in service delivery
Strong understanding of building maintenance repair contracts and repairs
Effective and professional selling, negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize customer needs with business needs
Able to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs, professionally interact with customers and demonstrate openness to their feedback
Proficiency with MS Office suite products (Word, Excel, Power Point) and industry specific software (CRM system)
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of experience with sales, including lead generation, prospecting, executing territory sales strategies, and developing and closing new and reoccurring business
Prior experience preparing and delivering sales presentations, in 1x1 and group settings, both in person and remotely is required
Candidates who receive an offer of employment must successfully pass a background check and drug screen
Travel- travel within the assigned sales territory is required, typically but not exclusively via automobile
Must have a valid driver's license
This role requires driving for the Company, so candidates who receive an offer of employment for this role must have a current driver's license and have a clean MVR
Must be able to use hands and have finger dexterity
Must be able to reach, bend, kneel, and crouch occasionally
Must be able to safely lift 40 pounds

Preferred

A focus on service delivery is preferred
Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field is preferred
Experience with the sale of code driven products and services is preferred
