Responsibilities

Identify and own the client onboarding process

Assist with client investment and insurance service needs

Conduct financial analysis and research to provide tailored recommendations

Client interaction, including virtual meetings, in-person meetings, and telephone contact

Schedule appointments and maintain calendar

Support business development and marketing efforts for the book of business

Work alongside other team members during client case development

Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and trust-building

Provide guidance on a range of financial services such as corporate accounting, investment strategies, and banking products

Collaborate with clients to create personalized financial plans based on their needs and objectives

Monitor and report on client satisfaction and manage the resolution of client escalations
