They are seeking a Part-Time Sourcer & Market Researcher to identify stellar candidates across various levels in both Technical & Non Technical roles, primarily supporting around 20 Silicon Valley startups.

Responsibilities
Dive deep into the world of early stage SaaS startups, uncovering hidden gems and bringing them to the forefront
Identify stellar candidates across all levels, from rockstar individual contributors to visionary executives in both Technical & Non Technical roles
Research profiles and add candidates to a project based on job orders received from startups
Calibrate with the Recruiting team after discussing with hiring teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in sourcing candidates for early stage SaaS startups
Ability to identify candidates across all levels, from individual contributors to executives
Strong understanding of technical roles
Experience in market research related to talent acquisition
Ability to work part-time and remotely
Strong communication and collaboration skills
