Responsibilities

Coordinate with senior underwriting leadership to create a system that provides a logistical approach to managing property inspections across all Agency products and markets

Calibrate with internal underwriting, the Third Party Administration team, and Agency partners to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines

Coordinate the site inspection with owner representatives and Agency representatives

Review third-party reports and coordinate with underwriting for report revisions and final reports

Complete lease audits, rent roll analysis, etc
