SPHMG Practice Manager - SPMG Administration

St. Peter's Health is seeking a SPHMG Practice Manager to lead and develop a high functioning team focused on optimal patient experience and quality care. The manager will oversee daily clinical operations, coordinate patient care across departments, and ensure operational excellence within the practice.

Lead, build, develop, and retain empowered, well-developed, and happy team
Develop and achieve optimal patient experience, quality of care, and outcomes
Manage the clinic for maximum operational excellence: efficiency, results, and profitability
Proactively connect SPHMG Clinics to the mission, vision, and leadership of SPH
Build and develop relationships with providers to feel heard, valued, and able to provide optimal care for patients

Required

Five years of clinic practice management experience in private or integrated system environment
Successful progression of leadership skills and accountability
Graduate of accredited nursing program
Registered Nurse
Basic Life Support (CPR) certification and re-certification every two years

Excellent communication and coaching skills
Understanding of the complexities of clinic practice management
Financial understanding of budgets and productivity
Well-developed understanding of self and others
Ability to work well with physicians and professional staff
Able to lead change, build teamwork, and create a positive culture
Demonstrated ability to communicate in a professional and respectful manner with employees, patients, physicians, vendors and outside contacts
Demonstrated ability to manage for results in key areas such as clinical quality, service excellence, people management, and financial management
