Qualification
Required
Seasoned generalist with the ability to operate independently
Ability to lead through ambiguity
Partner with the executive team to deliver results
Identify and maximize revenue growth opportunities
Streamline cross-functional operations
Execute at fast-pace to unlock value across the business and for customers
Successfully led complex, cross-functional initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer impact)
Proven track record of navigating ambiguity, independently driving from strategy to execution
Built strong relationships with executive and functional stakeholders, earning trust through sound judgment and delivery
Demonstrated business ownership and analytical rigor across different problem areas (e.g., GTM, operations, customer experience, or product strategy)
Led teams or influenced without authority to move fast, unblock progress, and deliver results under time constraints
Scaled systems, workflows, or programs that improved effectiveness across functions or business lines
