Responsibilities

Hands-On Learning: Troubleshooting issues, conducting tests, maintaining equipment, and documenting processes
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and testing of coated materials to ensure quality standards are met. Participate in root cause analysis for paint-related defects and suggest corrective actions
Documentation and Administration: Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and production data. Prepare technical reports and data as it relates to projects and assignments
Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to refine designs and improve performance while developing your own technical skills

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field
Basic understanding of chemical engineering fundamentals and coatings processes
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license required
Effective communicator, able to work well in a team setting
Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or U.S. Person)
