Responsibilities
Lead design, development, and deployment of MS Dynamics 365 solutions
Configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, F&O, Field Service)
Develop workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and custom applications
Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, and APIs
Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, and security standards
Mentor team members and support end-user training
Qualification
Required
8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in MS Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP
Expertise in Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Hands-on with plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript
Strong knowledge of data migration, APIs, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Prior large-scale Dynamics 365 implementation experience
