Lawson is currently seeking a groundskeeper to maintain their property in a clean, safe, and attractive condition. The role involves performing various tasks such as trash pickup, minor repairs, and assisting with inspections and maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

Trash pick up

Perform daily trash runs for property

Routinely clean leaves and other debris from gutters

Responsible for proper usage of maintenance material and stock control, reporting shortages to the manager/maintenance supervisor timely

Assist as requested with the regular inspections, reporting all violations discrepancies and damage, including those incurred in contract services, during scheduled building checks, move-ins, move-outs, and regular work routine

Perform with good workmanship all assigned maintenance/grounds projects promptly including but not limited to repair, replace or assist with fencing, minor woodwork and janitorial needs of the property

Maintenance of play areas (raking, replacing sand), blowing of curbs and sidewalks as needed for debris, maintenance of office, lawn areas and flower beds, etc

Report all resident complaints and/or resident work requests to Supervisor

Other duties as assigned (not all inclusive)

Delivery of flyers, newsletters, or other resident notifications

Assist other personnel with apartment turnovers as needed, including basic maintenance tasks such as touchup painting, installation of hardware such as shelving, switch plates, etc
