Customer Care Specialist I
First State Community Bank is seeking a quick learning, positive and energetic individual for the role of Customer Care Specialist I. In this position, you will be responsible for accepting calls, analyzing information, and providing the best solutions for customers while maintaining high-quality service.

Promote high integrity of FSCB through consistent representation of organizations core values
Efficiently and accurately transfer incoming calls
Developing customer relationships
Offer customer support regarding questions, concerns or confusion around products or services
Maintain a high level of customer service in every interaction with customers, fellow employees and organization teammates
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Willingness to strive for exceptional efficiency and accuracy
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to interact and contribute in a team environment
Preferred
Some College is preferred
Previous Call Center experience preferred
